The ANYLOAD 106HSCP is a stainless steel canister-style load cell rated at 35t, built for heavy-capacity compression weighing in demanding industrial environments. Constructed with a 17-4PH stainless steel sensing element and a welded seal design achieving an IP68 rating, the 106HSCP is engineered to withstand washdown, outdoor exposure, and contamination-prone installations. Standard rodent-protected cabling adds an extra layer of durability for field-installed applications where cable damage is a common failure point.
The 106HSCP integrates with a full set of dedicated mounting hardware, including a stainless steel mounting cap and mounting base, pin, rubber isolator, and O-ring, all available separately to configure the load cell for tank, hopper, silo, and vessel weighing systems. With a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±0.25%, non-linearity under ±0.03%, and repeatability under ±0.02%, the 106HSCP delivers consistent, repeatable measurement performance suited to continuous industrial duty. Safe overload and breaking overload ratings of 150% and 300% of full scale help protect the sensor against unexpected loading events common in bulk material handling operations.
Designed for legal-for-trade and hazardous-location applications, the 106HSCP is available with ATEX, FM, and IECEx approvals under its “-Ex” suffix, along with CE and RoHS compliance. It meets NTEP 1:10,000 Class IIIL multiple-cell and OIML MAA C3 Y=16,000 standards, and is cross-referenced as an interchangeable alternative to the Bilanciai CPR-M, easing replacement in existing scale systems. Typical applications include storage tank weighing, silo and hopper level monitoring, batching systems, and other heavy industrial vessel weighing installations.
