ANYLOAD 266ASPT

The ANYLOAD 266ASPT is a stainless steel compression load cell engineered for reliable force measurement across a wide range of industrial weighing applications. Available in rated capacities from 100 kg up to 50 t, it offers a durable, single-design solution that scales to fit tank scales, hopper scales, silo weighing, and vessel weighing systems. Its welded seal construction and IP68 rating make it well suited for washdown environments, outdoor installations, and applications exposed to dust or moisture.

Built from 2Cr13 stainless steel, the 266ASPT delivers a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ±1%, non-linearity below ±0.050%, and repeatability under ±0.030%, providing the accuracy needed for process weighing, batching, and inventory control. The load cell operates on a recommended 10V excitation (15V maximum) and is compensated for temperatures from -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F), ensuring consistent performance across varied plant conditions. A safe overload rating of 150% of full scale and breaking overload of 300% provide operators with confidence when handling demanding industrial loads.
For applications in hazardous locations, the 266ASPT is available with ATEX, FM, and IECEx certification through the “-Ex” suffix option, extending its use to facilities with explosive atmosphere requirements. The load cell is also referenced as interchangeable with the PT Global LPX model, making it a practical option for facilities standardizing on compression-style canister load cells or replacing existing installations.
