The 363HSAN is a stainless steel canister-style (disk) load cell engineered for high-capacity compression weighing applications where durability and long-term stability are essential. Rated at 60 tonnes, it is constructed from 17-4PH stainless steel with a fully welded seal, achieving an IP68 rating for reliable operation in wet, washdown, or otherwise harsh industrial environments. Its low-profile canister geometry makes it well suited for integration beneath bolted assemblies, tank and hopper supports, and other compression-loaded structures where a compact, robust sensing element is required.
With a full scale output of 2.0 mV/V ± 0.25%, non-linearity below ±0.8%, and repeatability better than ±0.03%, the 363HSAN delivers dependable, repeatable performance across demanding process weighing and force measurement applications. It is rated for a safe overload of 150% and a breaking overload of 300% of full scale, providing a strong safety margin in heavy-duty installations. The cell operates over a compensated temperature range of -10°C to 50°C (14°F to 122°F) and is supplied with a 5.1 mm diameter, 10 m integral cable using a standard color code.
