The ANYLOAD 535TS2A Amplified is a stainless steel 2-axis load pin designed for measuring forces in two perpendicular directions (Fx and Fy) with a conditioned output signal. Available in capacities from 1t to 100t, it is machined from 2Cr13 stainless steel and keeps nonlinearity, repeatability, hysteresis, and creep each within 1.0% of full scale. The integrated amplifier runs on a 9 to 24V supply, so engineers and OEM designers can connect the sensor directly to PLCs, controllers, and machine or vehicle networks. Environmentally sealed to IP67, it stands up to a 150% safe overload and a 400% breaking overload.
Choose the output that fits your system: 4~20 mA, 0~10 V, CANopen, or CAN J1939, each available across the full 1t to 100t range, with 0~5V, RS-232, and RS-485 outputs also offered as options. Load cell material can be upgraded to 17-4PH stainless steel or alloy steel, and the cable can be supplied in any length. Compact bodies weighing from 0.8 kg to 30 kg and dimensions defined in both metric and imperial units make mounting simple, so you can select, configure, and install the right 535TS2A Amplified without guesswork.
The 535TS2A Amplified carries CE and RoHS marks and supports Modbus, CANopen, and J1939 communication alongside RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces, making it a ready fit for modern industrial control and machine networks.
