ANYLOAD MK4-563RSM5

The MK4-563RSM5 Weigh Module Kit is a complete stainless steel washdown weighing solution designed for chemical, food, and other hostile processing environments where moisture, cleaning chemicals, and frequent high-pressure washdown are part of daily operation. Its IP68/IP69K certified waterproof construction and stainless steel weigh modules make it well suited to tanks, hoppers, and vessels that must stay accurate and corrosion-resistant in messy, demanding conditions. Each kit pairs four 563RS single-ended shear beam load cells with four 563RSM5 weigh modules, giving engineers and system integrators a ready-to-install foundation for low-capacity vessel weighing.

The kit is built around NTEP and OIML approved load cells for dependable readings at capacities from 10 kg to 200 kg per cell, with NTEP certification extending down to 5 kg. The load cells also carry CE, RoHS, and ExNepsi certifications. Each weigh module includes uplift and overload protection to help safeguard the load cell and keep the weighing system stable during process upsets, and two slots on the baseplate make installation and alignment easier. Conventional wiring and color code simplify connection to standard indicators, controllers, and PLC weighing interfaces.
Typical applications include batching and blending systems, chemical processing, food and beverage production, ingredient dosing, and other hygienic or corrosive environments where stainless steel construction and washdown capability are essential. Each kit is supplied with a J04SS IP67 water-resistant junction box for summing the four load cells, plus a 65 ft (20 m) roll of 4-wire PVC cable with copper braid and foil shielding, so installers receive the key components needed to connect the vessel scale to a weighing instrument. Available capacities are 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg, and 200 kg per cell, with an approximate kit weight of 12.0 kg (26.5 lb).
